Essex Agway

Yesterday my sister and I went to the local Agway in Essex VT (outside of Burlington VT) and they agreed to carry out EZ comfort wraps.  We are really excited about this and the owner Peter is a great guy. Thanks Again Peter for being the first store to carry out product !

We have the EZ comfort wraps packaged !!

After several trips to Staples we finally have an official "topper ".  I wanted it to be coral but they did not have that color...so I settled on a pale yellow. Got a bright yellow instead and thought -why not ?

Besides, Jim at Staples did a great job putting up with my explanation of what I wanted !
So I got home and packaged them up !

I will now be able to take these to the local Pool store and see if they are interested...

 

As well as some online places. They are always available at ETSY....I am looking at some online catalogs. Here's hoping !

Etsy Badge

Yesterday I was able to put the ETSY badge on the side of our blog. Now you can go right to our ETSY store by clicking on the Badge. Much easier that way.

 Hope you are having a great weekend....at least the sun is out here...but it went down to 28 last night

What's next ?

I just came back from Staples. I am having "headers" made for the packaging. Speaking of which 1000 8" x10" plastic bags are headed to my house this week.

 This is the beginning. I love selling on ETSY but if I want to expand my market....

 I did apply to QVC but got turned down.

I went to "as seen on TV" but I need a patent or patent pending.

We are working with Amazon.com they have been very helpful but with no UPC ...well that presents some problems...sigh

It is all about branding...who knew .  It is official we have a logo !

New buttons

EZ comfort wraps come with a standard button. The nice thing about the wraps is that the buttons can be interchanged. That means that on the 4th of July you could have red, white and blue patriotic buttons...or change to flip flops if you so choose. Additional buttons will be added as the season goes along. Here are two of the newest.

These are flip flops buttons. These are hot pink with palm trees on them.  We also have these flip flops-they are striped in pale pink and green.

 

The pair of buttons come with the elastic already to be switched out. They are $3.99 a pair.  Hop on over to our ETSY store and check them out.

Starting Out

This is the first post of this blog. It is a new venture between my sister and myself centered around a product called EZ comfort wraps. The EZ stands for our mom's name Elizabeth Zimmerman who passed a way a few years ago and is greatly missed.
It is about how we are going to market this product and our journey with our new company and product.
